About us

Cleaned Up would not be able to operate the business without the hard work and dedication from our staff. We do not use any agency workers or sub contractors and all our new staff will always work alongside another more senior member of the team. The majority of our staff have current DBS certificates as they also work at various schools which is a requirement.   Our staff work on different shifts either daytime or evening and we strongly believe in a good work home life balance and work with our staff to ensure they are happy with the hours and days they work. 

We strive to always have our staff work in teams of at least two as this helps with the division of tasks and helps with staff wellbeing especially if premises are empty.  It also is in line with our health & safety policy as it ensures we do not have lone working.  All staff will wear a Cleaned Up T shirt as their uniform and wherever possible we will try to keep the same teams working at each location.  On occasions this may not be possible due to absence or holiday or to the changing of staff.  We believe in rewarding our staff with good rates of pay as this reflects the hard work they carry out for the Company and this is reviewed on an ongoing rate.
